GeriPro was founded based on the premise that it is more cost effective for some facilities to outsource their claims processing and to use a consultant to keep staff current on Medicare compliance than it would be to hire and train staff to do this crucial work inhouse. GeriPro’s services can actually give a helping hand to facilities, so they can operate more efficiently and realize increased revenue. GeriPro, Inc., located in Phoenix, Arizona, has grown from a staff of 2 in 1992 to 14 employees today, serving clients ranging from small independently owned homes to large national chain facilities. GeriPro’s founder and President, Adrian Gambrill, has worked in various capacities in long term care since 1979 and is a former nursing home administrator. She is well acquainted with reimbursement systems and the challenge of keeping up with claim follow up and complicated reimbursement rules and regulations. The GeriPro team has more than 55 years of health care experience. |
